Compliance built in
Every call starts with an AI identity disclosure (FCC AI voice rules) and a recording-consent notice (Florida Statutes §934.03 and equivalent two-party consent jurisdictions). Consent records are retained for TCPA compliance.
Inbound only — by design
Sophia does not make outbound calls, cold outreach, or autodial campaigns. This is a deliberate strategic choice — it keeps TCPA / FCC / FTSA risk on the right side of compliance and prevents misuse.
